Honestly, there's no one cooler in any rock band than the bass player. While the singer is out there yelling and screaming and carrying on, emoting across the stage, the bass player is just hanging out, doing his or her thing. While the guitarist makes a big sound with that noisy amplifier and the drummer is crashing all over the place, the bass player is just keeping the beat going, moving the song along, often while wearing sunglasses. What's more, while singers and guitarists are a dime a dozen, bass players are in constant demand. So it makes sense for kids just starting out in music to consider picking up this basic yet effective starter's bass. It features a maple neck with rosewood finger board, a hard tail bridge, chrome plated tuning pegs, and volume and tone controls. A short basic cable is included to plug into the bass amplifier, which is not included.
